Queerosphere, Thursday Night at BlogHer

Bloggers and social media pros are packing up and heading to NYC this week for our outstanding annual event, BlogHer 12!

And I'm excitedly putting on the finishing touches to The Queerosphere Party. It's a tradition: Our party on Thursday night joins The Evening at the Expo and The People's Party in welcoming you to BlogHer.

There are actually activities earlier in the day, too. I'm a present in Pathfinder Day, and it's exciting to offer a longer training that will be creative and focus on Blogs as Lifechangers.

And this year, in the late afternoon, President Obama will be livestreamed to address the crowd, officially opening the conference. What an honor for him to recognize and connect with the powerful women who publish online. Best year ever!

So then after that, the welcome party lineup begins.

The superb Sarah and the Smoke Rings will be setting the mood, champagne will flow in our salon, and we will finally be together again celebrating the rich diversity of voices in the queer blogosphere. All are welcome, so please plan to drop by.

Your BlogHer12 Thursday Night Welcome Party Line Up at the Hilton NYC:

4:00 pm President Obama

6-8 Evening at the Expo

8-11 The People's Party

10-12 Queerosphere

I can't wait. Fortunately I don't have to wait much longer! See you there!
